Shamelessly I am hoping for a new pot/pan set that is being given away in Paleo Comfort Foods giveaway! Would LOVE a new set b/c what I have is SUPER old, like got as a wedding gift old. That was 13 1/2 years ago. It's seen its day and served well!! So here is to fingers crossed:

On another note, there was a little hope that my detox/cleanse thing was working. That hope was dashed against the rocks after my morning workout. Really, today I am depressed and emotional. I just kind of want to throw in the towel. However, I'm not going to. Just going to process through this feeling and move forward. In the meantime I'll have a piece or two of chocolate =)
